Natural disasters are chaotic. Often, one of the biggest obstacles to a successful recovery for a community is organizing the relief efforts. Leadership Matters. We train entrepreneurs, tradesmen, business owners, veterans and other leaders to use their skills to make a huge difference in a disaster.  Disaster leadership means we can multiply the impact of every dollar and every volunteer we receive. 

Before the storm we prepare churches, community groups, and local governments to serve their community during a crisis, and train individuals to deploy to disaster affected communities. During a storm, our Immediate Relief teams show up with compassion, clarity, and hope. After a crisis, we help communities navigate the road to recovery.
